Terms of service

Last updated October 9, 2026

By adding Arkieus to a server or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Using Arkieus

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Server owners and administrators decide how Arkieus is configured in their servers and are responsible for the actions it takes there, including deleting messages, removing roles, and timing out, kicking or banning members.

Acceptable use

Do not use Arkieus to harass people, to break the law, or to attack or disrupt Discord, this website or other users. Do not try to access data that belongs to other servers.

Availability

Arkieus is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be online, error-free or able to stop every attack. Protection depends on the bot's permissions and role position in your server. Features may change or be removed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Arkieus and its developer are not liable for losses that result from using or being unable to use the bot or website.

Ending access

You can remove Arkieus from your server at any time. Access may be restricted for servers or users who break these terms.
